National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence
National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence is an annual event for Australian schools and a day where school communities across the nation stand as one.
De La Salle College is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive school environment, free from bullying, harassment and violence.
Together we can send clear messages to young people that bullying and violence, inside or outside the classroom, is not okay at any time.
Homeroom teachers from primary to Year 9 have spent time this week during homeroom exploring issues and strategies for taking a stand against bullying and violence. The College leaders will be reinforcing this message with Year 7 students during Homeroom on Friday morning, which coincides with the actual day.
