Parent Network News
The Mother’s Day Breakfast is sold out!
We are expecting 550 people to attend this event.
To make this morning successful The Parent Network Organising Committee would like to hear from any fathers or mothers who would be happy to help out. We need helpers on Tuesday 2 May from 1.30pm — 3.30pm for the set up. On 3 May, the morning of the breakfast, we need fathers from 6.30am to 8.30am to serve, and then a small army of people to help with the clean‐up from 8.30am — 10.30am.
If you can offer assistance during any of the above times, please let us know by email: email@example.com.
Save the Date for The Day at the Races – 19 August 2017
The Parent Network’s major fundraising event for 2017, A Day at the Races at Caulfield Racecourse, is now to be held on Saturday 19 August due to Melbourne Racing Club availability.
College‐run events provide an excellent opportunity for you to get involved, meet other parents and play a key role in building a strong school community, so be sure to put this date in your calendar!
We need your help please!
In preparation for A Day at the Races, the Parent Network would love to hear from anyone who may be interested in being a member of the fundraising sub‐committee. To register your interest please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Similar to last year, as part of this major fundraising event, the Parent Network will be establishing an online auction via 32auctions.com which will run from mid year until Race Day. More details will follow shortly, but in the meantime please start thinking about products, services and vouchers which you, your business or your broader network may be willing to donate for the auction. Donations will be acknowledged within the College community and the broader community in various forms such as newsletters, our webpage and the College Facebook page. This presents an excellent opportunity for you to promote your business. Please contact us at email@example.com with any enquiries or donation offers. Thank you in anticipation of your support.
