Year 6 student, Ryo Hayashi continued his strong performances in the pool during the recent 2017 Victorian Age Short Course Championships, 16 — 17 September. Ryo swam in nine events in his Boys 11 and Under category. He achieved 2nd place in 200m Butterfly and finished in the top 10 in three events; 100m Butterfly (4th place), 200m Individual Medley (5th place) and 200m Breaststroke (10th place).

Year 8 student, Hiroki Hayashi also swam at the Championships in the category of Boys — 14 years old. Hiroki also finished in the top 10. His results were 7th place in 400m Individual Medley and 8th place in 200m Butterfly.

Over the Term 3 holidays, Year 10 student Kristoff Soliven played in the Mornington Peninsula Golf Jr Open 2017. Kristoff added further to his impressive golfing achievements, winning the under 18 years old category (gross score) and securing second place over all for the entire event. His scores over the two days were 74, 72. Congratulations Kristoff!
