For more than 80 years there has not been a decade when there was not a Mullaly on the College roll. Since 1940, when the first Mullaly started at De La Salle, 25 descendants of the family have enrolled.

The first of the Mullaly family, John Mullaly (dec.) started at the College in 1942, and two years later, his younger brother, Paul Mullaly (1946), joined him.
