Primary School Activities

It has been a big week in the Year 5 and 6 classes with students participating in Netball and Soccer Lightning Premierships as part of the Dendy Sports Competition. Well done to the Year 5 students and supercoaches, Jane Michael and Carolyn Green, for bringing home a Netball Premiership.

Students also travelled to Scienceworks to explore the Born or Build exhibition as part of their focus on coding and robotics in their Science and Technology subject.

We also welcome Claire Papaluca to the College who will be working with the Year 6 students on Thursdays and Fridays. Claire's amazing career includes working in high performing schools in Sydney, Singapore and China. She has three children and has a love of reading and teaching Maths.

As part of the GROW wellbeing program, all Year 8 students will have the opportunity to work with Project Rockit and Stonnington Council over the first few weeks in Term 3. The interactive workshops focus on encouraging our students to speak up, use their strengths and develop resilience to ensure they know who they are and what they can do to make a positive difference in the community.
