In addition to ongoing maintenance work at the College, our Property team regularly carry out improvement works across all three campuses. Their effort sometimes goes unsung, but it is appreciated by all as we continue to improve the physical environment at each campus.

Some recent improvements at Tiverton Campus in 2022 are highlighted below.

Upgrade to seating area behind the Murdoch Building.

The old damaged pavers were replaced with a new synthetic grass area for students to sit and have lunch in the sun.

Removal of the old tree from the middle of the asphalt area

The old magnolia tree was unsightly and poorly positioned in the middle of the asphalt area.

Creation of gallery display walls

|
Over the Term 1 holidays, the Art department and our Property team worked together to hang and display past student art works in various locations around the Tiverton Campus.
