Year 11 Geography
The Year 11 Geography class completed their fieldwork on Friday 29 April in the Kinglake Region. The students were collecting fieldwork data to help them assess future bushfire risk in this region, based on their investigation of the Black Saturday Bushfires. In this photo, the students were completing a fieldwork sketch, using their phones to complete a survey assessing fuel load in this area and how it could contribute to bushfire hazard and looking at regrowth since Black Saturday. The students will then complete a Fieldwork Report based on their findings.
