Holy Eucharist Campus
Year 9
At Holy Eucharist Campus, we have been busily preparing for our WISE Expedition. The overnight camp (Wednesday 14 - Thursday 15 September) will explore the Mornington Peninsula and comprise of daily hikes of at least 15km (the Gold group completing 18km).

After two years of patiently waiting, the trangias, tents and camping mattresses have been prepared for our approaching departure. For anyone who enjoys a hike or camping – you’d know how much preparation is involved for one person, let alone for 162 students! Our Head of Campus, Susan Kiernan, worked tirelessly to organise this exciting expedition.

It was a very early wake up on Wednesday with staff and students expected to meet at Holy Eucharist at 7:00am. Students are expected to supply all of their own meals for the two day camp which forms the foundation of their ability to plan their sustenance and problem solve any unforeseen challenges.

We hope students who attend the WISE Expedition have an unforgettable experience and learn to love or at least appreciate the outdoors. We hope that their friendships are strengthened by this experience and they go into the school holidays on a very positive note!
