Performing Arts Report
The VCE Performing Arts Showcase on Wednesday 5 October was a triumph of excellence. Year 12 VCE students in Music, Dance and Drama delivered magnificent solo performances.

VCE musicians Conor Haigh, Henry Moore, Justin Nguyen, Peter Orlando, Abraham Pearce and Kai Teohaere performed excerpts from their Unit 4 recital programs.

VCE Drama students James Arthur, Spencer Ballantyne, Jeremy Grigg, Conor Haigh, James Hill, Max Kolpin, Harry Podeu and Lachie Richter performed their seven minute monologues, which they devised themselves.

A delighted audience was also treated to Conor Haigh’s captivating solo dance performance, which confirmed his ‘triple threat’ status as a performing artist.

Many thanks to College staff, Jaymee Lee (lighting), Rick Freeman (accompanist) and Daniel Tedford (guitar accompanist and stage assistant) for their work in creating a special evening unlike any other in the De La Salle performance calendar.
