Australian Science Physics Olympiads
The Australian Science Physics Olympiads are a national enrichment program for secondary school students. They provide rewarding opportunities for students to extend themselves beyond school science through challenging exams, stimulating extensions and enrichment programs and international competitions.
This year, only 1250 students from top achieving schools participated in the Physics Olympiads exam on 2 August. Year 11 student, Sullivan Mardling, from St Austin’s House received a Distinction Award which placed him in the top 375 students in Australia.
We wish Sullivan all the best in his academic pursuits as well as in the next year’s Physics Olympiad exam.
