House Liturgies & Welcome Evenings

Recently the House Liturgies and Welcome evenings were held at Kinnoull providing students and their families with a chance to connect and give thanks for the opportunities the new school year ahead will bring. With the 2023 College theme of ‘RESPECT’ central to the readings and reflections, student House Leaders ably lead their House in a liturgy that highlighted to all involved the importance of new beginnings and opportunities this year will bring. During the presentation, House Coordinator’s formally welcomed their new Year 10 cohort into the respective House community, whilst blessing and commissioning their Year 12 students in their final academic year.

The Year 10 Dance program has commenced this fortnight with many students from Star of the Sea and De La Salle enthusiastically committing to the 3 week, 5 session Dance program. The students are enjoying the opportunity to engage with each other in a fun, relaxed and safe environment. The final session will be held at the De La Salle College Gym on Tuesday, 7th March from 6.45pm.
