Our Vocational Major students have rolled up their sleeves and started work on a new garden project near the newly built astro turf and basketball court.
With guidance from Dave Murray, students spent the morning clearing and preparing the space, removing sticks, rocks and weeds, cutting back overgrown branches, raking, shovelling and working together in small groups to get the job done.
It was a great hands-on learning experience and a chance for students to work practically, collaborate with their peers and contribute to a new outdoor space for the College community.
With the preparation work now complete, the area is ready for the next stage of the garden project.
